When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, role, institution, work email address and anything you choose to tell us in your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue a conversation you have started with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in discussion with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing askus@lyceumdata.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Student data

Student data processed through the Lyceum Data service is covered by a separate data processing agreement with each institution, which acts as the data controller.
